The Necessidades Royal Estate is one of the largest and most notable green spaces in the city of Lisbon, due to its unique combination of history, art, botany and landscaping, spread over approximately 10 hectares.

We invite you to join a guided visit that starts at the windmill, the oldest building on the Estate lands, before proceeding along the forest and landscaped garden, passing through various hubs that make up the Estate’s buildings, waterways and landscapes, ending at the south entrance next to the gatehouse, where you can visit the Necessidades Square viewpoint.
