Beginning as an idea dreamt up by a small group of students, Permalab – Living Permaculture Laboratory is a space where various interested parties work together on the development of systemically-designed projects that have a real-world application and a local identity, and are inspired by ecological principles.
In this series of practical activities you will lend a hand to the natural cycles through which vegetables pass before they reach our tables: sowing, planting, harvesting, processing and preserving, as well as composting of waste. At the end, as the result of these actions, there will be a moment of celebration in the form of a community meal.
