Classified as a National Monument since 1982, Fronteira Palace and its gardens are one of the most emblematic historical sites in Lisbon, and an example of the conservation of delicate heritage and culture, managed by the Casas de Fronteira e Alorna Foundation.

This activity will explore the sense of smell in the context of herbal medicine, explaining the different methods by which aromas are extracted from plants. Drawing on the essences and aromas to be found in the Fronteira Palace Gardens, from roses to orange flowers, a scented water will be prepared using plants from the garden.
