Acting as a continuation of the project “From the Sky to the Table”, the project “From School to the Table” features a holistic growing system consisting of a vertical farm, a horizontal farm, a ring-shaped agroforest and a composting station, all at Dom Luís da Cunha Primary School in the neighbourhood of Alvalade.

The project seeks to make the most of the pedagogical potential of this model, sparking children’s interest in biodiversity, sustainable food and eating, and responsible habits. It thus promotes the conservation of the environment, and the social, physical and mental well-being of the school community.

This guided visit introduces the space, where ideas can be exchanged and new projects can be inspired around the city.
